Steve Hatcher

Steve is a highly knowledgeable Architectural Technologist, with extensive experience of large acute and mental healthcare schemes as well as commercial and mixed-use projects. Steve was appointed as an Associate In October 2015 and subsequently appointed as Technical Manager in 2023.

Experienced in both new-build and refurbishment schemes via a range of procurement routes - D+B, P21 and P21+ and JCT contracts - Steve has also worked with a range of modern methods of construction and innovative technical solutions and has recently delivered a new four storey modular outpatients building at Kings College Hospital in London. Steve is also actively involved in more traditional schemes including refurbishments to create Same Day Emergency Care units and replacement of Medical Imaging equipment/upgrades of diagnostics departments.

Steve's high level of technical expertise won national recognition from CIAT when he won their Technical Excellence Award for his work on the award winning cancer treatment centre, the Endeavour Unit at James Cook University Hospital.

Steve is an active member of the team, implementing the standards and processes for BIM Level 2 at P+HS and now leads on technical strategy across the practice.
