Nottingham LINACS

Building on our expertise elsewhere, P+HS were appointed by ProCure 21 PSCP Medicinq to develop the new oncology department at Nottingham City Hospital.

The new £13m scheme comprises a two-storey building with a total of three bunkers, two new 15MV machines, 2 CT scanners and associated control rooms, mould room, and clinical accommodation. The outpatients department here links directly into the main existing hospital to allow inpatient treatment facilities. One bunker is configured for paediatric use with adjoining anaesthetic facilities.

Staff facilities, offices and seminar rooms are located on the upper floor.A second phase will include the provision of Tomatherapy facilities.
