LIFT
NHS LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) is a vehicle for improving and developing frontline primary and community care facilities. It allows PCTs to invest in new premises in new locations and provides patients with modern integrated health services in high quality purpose built premises. P+HS has worked successfully with several partners to win LIFT Contracts and are currently carrying out work with Community Solutions for Primary Care for Barnsley LIFT and Doncaster LIFT, as well as with the developer Accent for Tees Valley and South Durham LIFT, making P+HS one of the most successful architects in LIFT.
