Thistle Hill
This scheme provided 21 dwellings for sale, comprising 19 new build and 2 conversions of the grade II listed administration building to the disused nursing home which previously occupied the site.
The two conversions included small extensions in matching stonework; building works included the restoration of the stone facades, slate roof and lead dormer windows.
The new dwellings were built around a central village square which in turn was centered around existing trees. All dwellings were constructed from natural stone under a slate roof, with all landscaping, external works and surface treatments all designed to a high standard.
