Architectural Designer Part 2, Stokesley
We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer (Part 2) to join our team in a full-time position. This role is suited to individuals who are actively working towards, or have completed, a RIBA Part 2 qualification.
You will work alongside our professional team on live projects, gaining exposure to the full architectural process, from design development and technical delivery through to client liaison. This role will support your continued professional development as you progress towards Part 3.
What We’re Looking For
Completion of, or working towards, a RIBA Part 2 qualification
Minimum of 12 months’ experience in an architectural practice or similar
Strong design, visualisation, and graphic skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and/or Revit (desirable)
Well organised, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a professional approach with colleagues and clients
A proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting in the preparation of drawings, specifications, and schedules
Undertaking surveys and producing drawings of existing buildings, structures, and sites (with appropriate support)
Producing presentation materials including graphics, documents, visuals, and models
Carrying out administrative tasks related to project documentation
Supporting the delivery of projects to meet client requirements and deadlines
Contributing to design solutions and resolving technical challenges
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and quality procedures
Responding to client queries and liaising with the wider team
Researching building design, legislation, and relevant codes of practice
