Commercial Marketing Manager, Newcastle/Leeds

We’re looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager, who can lead our Marketing function, driving business growth by leading marketing and commercial initiatives across the Practice. The role will focus on elevating the company’s market presence, supporting strategic bid submissions, and developing targeted campaigns to attract new clients and opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with Directors, Business Development, and operational teams to ensure a joined-up, strategic approach to brand visibility and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Working with Directors to develop and implement an annual marketing and commercial strategy aligned with business growth targets.

- Producing regular commercial reports and presentations to track pipeline, campaign performance, and market insights.

- Leading market positioning activities, including awards submissions, social value communications, and industry engagement initiatives.

- Identifying, monitoring and reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.

- Planning and delivering targeted marketing campaigns and collateral to support new business activity

- Managing the Marketing Support team.

- Managing the development of visual communications and marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, presentations and digital content.

- Coordinating social media activities.

- Tracking Marketing KPIs and commercial pipeline updates

- Producing quarterly and annual commercial reports for Directors and Board.

- Experienced in marketing and business development functions.

- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret market data and campaign performance insights.

- High standard of written, visual, and presentation communication.

- Able to balance creative thinking with commercial pragmatism.

About the job

Location: Newcastle or Leeds office Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (would consider less hours for the right candidate)

Salary:£35,000 to £40,000
