Marketing Executive - Newcastle

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to lead the planning and delivery of events, internal communications, award submissions, and social media content. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in promoting the practice, supporting business development, and enhancing colleague engagement.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities, and enjoys building strong relationships across a dynamic, collaborative business.

Key Responsibilities include:


Marketing & Communications

Plan and deliver internal communications, ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all offices

Create and support social media content, including planning, writing, and scheduling posts

Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and written content

Maintain and promote consistency in brand and tone of voice across all communications

Work with teams to identify and promote key project stories and successes


Awards & Content Writing

Lead the coordination and delivery of award submissions, gathering project information, writing compelling submission content and managing deadlines and submissions.

Celebrate and promote any shortlists and winning entry’s across all communication channels.

Events & Engagement

Plan and deliver internal and external events.

Manage event logistics, suppliers, budgets, and  coordination

Support the promotion of events through internal and external channels

Gather feedback and continuously improve event delivery


Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Build strong working relationships with colleagues across all levels


General Support

Provide administrative support to marketing activities where required

Support wider team initiatives and contribute to  continuous improvement. 

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail

Experience creating engaging content for social media and internal communications

Experience planning or supporting events

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Proactive, creative, and solutions-focused mindset

Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships

Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities

Enthusiastic, engaged, and genuinely interested in marketing and communications

About the job

Location: Newcastle office Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid option.

Salary:£30,000 to £35,000
