Andrew Spence

Andrew joined P+HS in January 2026 after three years of working within the industry as an Architectural Technician, working on regeneration projects across the Teesside area including the SeAH Wind Monopile Facility at Teesworks. After completing his BSc in Innovative Home Design and Construction at Teesside University in 2021, Andrew gained a focused interest in Residential, urban renewal and transportation infrastructure projects. 

Andrew is excited to grow his skills and experience working in the Healthcare and Residential sectors.
