Eva Carrasco

Eva graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Architecture and spent a year working as an Architectural Designer at P+HS Architects before moving into the Marketing team. This experience gave her practical insight into project delivery, collaborative working and the practice’s approach to design, which she now brings to her role as Marketing Assistant – Bids.

Eva supports the preparation of bid submissions, helping communicate the practice’s experience and expertise through her understanding of architecture and the teams delivering its projects. She is developing her skills in bids and marketing while gaining a broader understanding of the business side of architectural practice.

Her interest in people-centred design continues to inform her work, building on academic projects exploring intergenerational housing and parental support hubs. Through involvement in local RIBA events, Eva also advocates for architecture students, sharing the benefits of exploring different roles and developing transferable skills within the industry.
