Kal Gill-Faci

Kal joined our Manchester office in April 2025 as an Associate Architect and brings with her over 30 years of experience in the property and construction industry. A Chartered Architect and RIBA-accredited Conservation Architect, Kal is highly skilled across all RIBA work stages, from feasibility and planning through to tender, technical design, and construction. She is passionate about delivering high-quality design outcomes and maintaining the highest standards across every project she leads.

A natural connector and motivator, Kal is committed to supporting the next generation of architects. She mentors emerging professionals and actively engages in outreach work with school-age children, helping to inspire future talent in the built environment.

Known as a "Yogi-Architect" and social butterfly, Kal brings warmth, energy, and a strong sense of purpose to everything she does, whether it’s building new business opportunities, mentoring young professionals, or supporting worthy causes, including combating homelessness.

Outside of architecture, Kal lives life to the full. She’s currently training to become a Yoga Teacher, volunteers as a Simultaneous Translator, and enjoys singing, open water swimming, and motorbike riding, a recent passion that adds to her adventurous spirit.
