Nick Price

Nick is a senior Architectural Technologist with circa 15 years’ practical experience, working across a wide range of residential and healthcare projects. His expertise spans multiple construction methods and procurement routes, with involvement from initial concept design through to detailed technical delivery and oversight on site.

In addition to holding a degree in Architectural Technology, Nick has achieved a RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Certificate in Building Surveying Practice, strengthening his technical, regulatory, and building performance knowledge. He has played a key role on complex healthcare schemes, including the Lynfield Mount Mental Health Hospital new build and refurbishment project, where his experience has supported the delivery of robust, compliant, and operationally sensitive design solutions.

Nick joined P+HS Architects’ Leeds office in September 2021 and works closely within one of the practice’s residential teams, while continuing to contribute to healthcare-led projects. He is committed to broadening his project portfolio further and is actively pursuing full Chartered Membership of CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists).

With additional responsibility as Studio Principal for P+HS in Leeds, Nick plays a key role in the strategic and day-to-day running of the studio. His remit spans recruitment and staff development, project resourcing and workload planning, as well as mentoring and supporting staff, helping to foster a collaborative and high-performing studio culture.
