Paulina Miramontes Soto

Paulina is an experienced content creator who has spent over five years shaping storytelling in a diverse range of sectors. She holds a degree in Communication and Digital Media from Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as an MSc in Global Human Resource Management from Newcastle University.

In her role at P+HS, she creates people-centered content that brings the practice’s work, people, and values to life. Through thoughtful storytelling across internal and external communications, she showcases the firm's culture, expertise, and impact, ensuring every piece of content reflects P+HS's values and identity.

She works collaboratively with the marketing team, directors, business development and operational teams to deliver a joined-up, strategic approach to brand visibility and content creation. Her work brings clarity, creativity and cohesion to the way P+HS communicates with its audiences.
