Sarah Richardson

Sarah joined P+HS in October 2023 as an Accounts Administrator, bringing with her a strong academic background following the completion of her degree in Law. Since joining the practice, she has continued to build her financial expertise by undertaking her AAT qualifications, with the long-term ambition of completing CIMA.

Sarah has since progressed to the role of Finance Manager, leading the finance team and building on the strong foundations already in place. As the business continues to grow, she is focused on enhancing the team’s day-to-day operations while providing increasingly strategic financial support across the practice.

Committed to her own professional development as well as that of her team, Sarah continues to develop her knowledge through further qualifications and mentoring, ensuring the finance function evolves alongside the needs of the wider business.
