Integrated Care Hub Open Day

Haven Court, a new integrated care hub in South Shields welcomes local people to an open day on Wednesday July 27th, providing a first glimpse of the new facilities on offer.

Developed by South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust on behalf of South Tyneside Council, the new centre is specifically designed to support older local residents and their families. With a range of high quality health and social care services, the scheme aims to enable people to live as independently as possible in their own homes as well as providing respite care, time to think, or longer term residential care options.
