P+HS Architects on Tour

This year’s annual architecture tour took us to Glasgow, where we were lucky enough to catch the city on one of its rare sunny days!

A huge thank you to Andy Campbell from Dress for The Weather, who guided us around the city. As someone who studied, lived, and set up practice in Glasgow, Andy gave us an incredible insight into the city’s rich architectural history and vibrant character.

We explored a variety of different architectural styles, ranging from Victorian and Neoclassical to Brutalist and Art Nouveau and even got to ride the subway which was quite the experience, particularly for some of the taller members of the team!

The tour gave us a real feel for the true spirit and character of Glasgow both in its buildings and its people (especially with a Celtic match on that weekend!) And of course, plenty of great photos were taken by the team throughout the day, made even better by the bright blue skies.
