Planning Approval for the refurbishment of a Children’s Homes in Newcastle

P+HS Architects have secured planning approval for single and two storey infill extensions, alterations to elevations and external works, as well as, significant sustainable improvements such as, photovoltaic panels and installation of heat pumps.

Working in Partnership with Newcastle City Council Children’s Services this is the result of a successful collaboration between the design team - P+HS Architects, CK21 and Newcastle City Council’s planning department. We hope that this fantastic home will be welcoming their new residents towards the end of 2025.
