On Site Sunderland Civic Centre
Working with Countryside Partnership North East, P+HS Architects are delivering a scheme of 265 homes at a prominent site in Sunderland. Once home to Sunderland Civic Centre the new development will see a mix of dwellings including two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom houses provided in a central location with excellent access to amenities and transport links. This site story will document progress as the scheme develops, from the demolition of the 1960s Civic Centre building through to completion.

Block A foundations are complete as work starts on the masonry walls

The next phase of the site commences with groundworkers preparing the area for Apartment Block A

Brickwork progresses up to first floor level on Apartment Block D
