Callumn Beattie

Callumn joined our Leeds Studio in January 2020 as an Architectural Technologist, strengthening our residential teams, and returned to P+HS in March 2026 following a year’s absence in Australia.

An MCIAT member, he is highly skilled in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong experience in project leadership, management, and Contract Administration across multiple schemes.

During his time in Australia, Callumn contributed to the landmark Box Hill Town Centre project, a major mixed-use scheme delivering over 665 residential apartments and 23,000 sqm of retail space, designed as a vibrant urban hub.

Callumn has worked on a wide range of residential projects, including PRS conversions and the refurbishment of historic buildings, as well as healthcare schemes in collaboration with various trusts. He is currently focused on healthcare projects.
