Celebrating Our Team’s Wins

It’s been an exciting time for our teams, with several fantastic achievements and award wins recognising the quality, innovation, and collaboration behind our projects.

We are over the moon that Milford Hospitals new Community Diagnostic Centre secured GOLD at the 2025 Building Better Healthcare Awards for Best Modular/Mobile Healthcare Facility. Milford CDC is such a brilliant project as it showcases design and efficiency in perfect harmony, combining a seamless process with uncompromising quality.

We're particularly proud of Milford’s CDC for its positive impact on the wider community. Through thoughtful design, close stakeholder engagement, and true collaboration across the project team, the new facility at Milford Hospital for Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust delivers essential diagnostic services. It provides an additional 11,000 MRI scans and 9,500 CT scans each year, helping patients access faster diagnoses as part of the NHS plan to improve care across the UK.

We also celebrated some of our other standout projects:

The Endoscopy Unit at Cumberland Infirmary earned Bronze in the Best Modular/Mobile Healthcare Facility category.

The RAAC Management Programme took home Gold for the Social Value Impact Award, a new category this year, judged by the NHS England P23 team.

In addition, one of our most prominent retrofit schemes Hexham General Hospital Redevelopment achieved a significant win for 'Integration and Collaborative Working' at this year’s National Constructing Excellence Awards. #oneteam is at the heart of everything we do, and our collaborative approach extends beyond our own teams to the way we work with our project partners.

Phase 2 of the refurbishment at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s Hexham General Hospital delivered a new oncology day unit, women’s health suite, endoscopy department, enhanced dentistry and oral surgery spaces, and site-wide infrastructure upgrades. A huge thank you to everyone involved in Phase 2. We’re now looking forward to Phase 3, which will introduce new operating theatres and bring the project to a successful completion.

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible achievements our teams have delivered this year. These awards celebrate the skill, innovation, and collaborative spirit of everyone involved, and are a testament to the positive impact our work has on the communities we serve.

With so many achievements this year, we’re absolutely over the moon and we're ending the year on a high.
