Architectural Practice of the Year 1

Multiple Wins at This Year's MMC Awards!

Yesterday, we were thrilled to attend the MMC Awards in Birmingham, where our submissions for Architectural Practice of the Year and Healthcare Project of the Year (for the new James Cook Urgent Treatment Centre) were both recognised. We’re delighted to have walked away with both trophies in hand!

But the celebration didn’t stop with our own submissions! A big round of applause also goes to two fantastic projects we were proud to be part of: Camborne and Redruth Hospital Stroke Ward, submitted by Premier Modular, which was Highly Commended, and Sulis Hospital Elective Orthopaedic Centre, submitted by Actiform, which won Healthcare Project of the Year (Secondary/Tertiary Care).

For over 15 years, we’ve been championing Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in healthcare, delivering smart, modular solutions to complex challenges. From SIPs and façade wraps to light gauge steel and concrete panel systems, we know MMC isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our diverse experience ensures we consistently deliver on speed, quality, and efficiency.

Through the intelligent use of off-site manufacturing, P+HS Architects has created innovative spaces that enhance both staff and patient experiences, setting new benchmarks in design and construction. We combine precision engineering, cutting-edge materials and streamlined processes to create exceptional buildings with minimal environmental impact. This is design and efficiency working in perfect harmony, where an effortless process meets uncompromising quality.

We’re incredibly proud that our expertise has been recognised at the MMC Awards and are even more excited about the upcoming MMC projects we have on the horizon.

A huge thank you to our amazing clients, contractors, consultants and our brilliant P+HS team who make these projects come to life.
