Launching our New Leeds Dock Studio, Hosting Deputy Prime Minister’s Roundtable

We’re excited to announce the opening of our new, larger studio at Leeds Dock, strengthening our presence in the region and marking an important step in the growth of our practice.

Coinciding with the week of UKREiiF, the new office was marked with a high-profile visit from Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner, who hosted a roundtable at the space with key housebuilding clients and sector leaders.

We're excited to now be settling into our new home on the dockside just in time for an action-packed week of UKREiiF activity.

Managing Director James Almond shared, “It was a pleasure to welcome Angela Rayner and key stakeholders from across the built environment during UKREiiF, a brilliant way to open our doors. Our new office at East Dock places us in the heart of the city’s creative district and allows us to enhance our offer across West Yorkshire while supporting our growing capability to deliver nationally. This is an important step forward for us. It’s not just about having more space, but about giving our team the best environment to support the outstanding work we are passionate about delivering. We know better than most how the places we work in influence how we work, so being based in a vibrant, waterside location like Leeds Dock offers an inspiring setting to do just this.”

The move comes at a time of real momentum for the practice, with several major and high-profile projects underway, ranging from large-scale hospital redevelopments to community healthcare facilities that push the boundaries of modern design.

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director of UKREiiF said, “It’s great to have such a brilliant business with an excellent reputation moving to an iconic building and area of Leeds. The coincidence of an architect being located so centrally to where UKREiiF is based is amazing, and we’re looking forward to building on our relationship which will see them chair several events at UKREiiF this year as well as hosting a private discussion with the Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner. I see this as a really important office move for Leeds Dock and one that will continue to see the space rejuvenate and thrive.”

Giles Edwards, Head of Asset Management at Allied London added, “We’re thrilled to welcome P+HS to Leeds Dock. Their decision to join us here is a great endorsement of the vibrant, creative community we’re building and the unique environment the Dock offers. It’s especially exciting to be able to announce this move during UKREiiF, as we showcase Leeds Dock as a thriving hub for ambitious, forward-thinking businesses. We look forward to supporting P+HS as they take this next step and continue their impressive growth”

We’re hosting coffees and welcome drop-ins at the new office during UKREiiF and will continue to do so in the weeks following, as we connect with clients and collaborators from across the built environment sector. Full occupancy of the new space is expected by mid-June.

So, if you’re in the city and fancy a coffee, a catch-up, or just want to say hello, please do drop in! We’re hard to miss. Just look out for the big P+HS sign on the dockside!
