Pete Stead

Pete is a highly experienced Chartered Architectural Technologist and Director with specific responsibilities for driving forward our high standards of technical excellence and best long-term value to clients. 

Since joining P+HS Architects in 2009, Pete has led the technical delivery of numerous complex schemes across all sectors including residential, mental health, acute, community and primary care projects. He became an Associate in 2014, Associate Director 5 years later and Director in April 2021.

Pete is the Director Lead for a significant number of technical delivery projects across all sectors and is heavily involved industry-wide with the Building Safety Act.
