Celebrating Our Talent: Sam Lambert’s AT Award Shortlisting

We are proud to share that Sam Lambert, one of our chartered Architectural Technologists, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Chartered Architectural Technologist of the Year Award. This national recognition shines a spotlight on Sam’s outstanding contributions to both our practice and the wider profession.

Sam’s career over the past year has been defined by innovation, leadership and a commitment to advancing Architectural Technology. At P+HS, he has delivered technically demanding healthcare projects, from expanding primary care facilities to overcoming complex design challenges on modular hospital wards, including one of our most prominent and award winning MMC projects, Kings College Outpatients Facility.

Beyond his project work, Sam has made a transformative impact through his leadership in CIAT Aspiration. As Regional Aspiration Chair for Yorkshire, he revitalised the network in the aftermath of the pandemic, building a thriving community of students, graduates, and industry professionals. Through events, outreach, and mentoring, Sam has inspired the next generation of Architectural Technologists and promoted a culture of collaboration and shared learning.

Sam’s shortlisting is a proud moment for everyone at P+HS. It reflects not just his individual excellence, but also the collaborative environment in which our people grow and succeed.

We look forward to the final results, and whatever the outcome, we are proud to see Sam’s talent, passion, and leadership recognised on a national stage. His shortlisting is a testament to his dedication and to the values that guide us as a practice: collaboration, excellence, and a commitment to creating places that truly enhance lives.
