Mental Health Awareness Week
This week we have been supporting Mental Health Awareness Week. This year, compared to others, has been very different as we are not working all together in our offices, instead from home. To help improve our mental health by engaging with each other, we have carried out lots of virtual activities. These include ‘tell a joke day’, zoom coffee breaks, photographs of colourful cakes, most ingenious face mask, a ‘lock down’ themed sculpture, gardening stories and sharing stories of kindness shown by others. Thank you to our Mental Health Champions for organising all of these activities, and many more, during this week.
