The Future of Residential Design Event Success

P+HS Architects' Residential teams had a great turnout at their inaugural workshop. Invited clients attended the sold out event in Newcastle to hear from our experts and discuss challenges and solutions for the future of residential design.

Presentations from the P+HS Team and Richmond Thermal Solutions provided an introduction and overview of current and emerging legislation as well as a Case Study illustrating its impact on P+HS Architects' housetype designs. There was plenty to cover on legislation including Uplifts and New Approved Documents, Nutrient Neutrality, Biodiversity Net Gain as well as the Levelling-Up & Regeneration Bill, and Future Homes & Building Standards 2025.

It was a hugely successful event with great engagement and lively debate from attendees. We are grateful to every one who attended and looking forward to further one to one discussions as we work together with our clients in developing the best solutions to meet future standards in residential design.
