Creating an inspiring, supportive, and progressive workplace

CHOSEN GROUP SHOT

Creating an inspiring, supportive, and progressive workplace

We recently came together for our annual get together, a chance to reflect on our successes, share ideas, and connect as a team. Our values are at the heart of everything we do, and one of the most important is #OneTeam, which truly comes to life at this yearly gathering.

As OneTeam, we look back on our progress, celebrate our achievements, and consider opportunities for growth. It is also a special time to recognise the people who are making great strides in their careers.

This year we had a great deal to celebrate with several of our team members stepping into leadership roles and being recognised for their dedication to delivering excellence in everything they do.

We are excited to shine a spotlight on these recent promotions. Our colleagues deserve every bit of recognition for their hard work, commitment, and success.

Tom Potter

Tom Potter has been appointed Associate Director after nearly 24 years with P+HS. Across the practice, Tom is known as someone you can always rely on, with a solution ready for any challenge. He has led some of P+HS’ most high-profile healthcare schemes and is a consistent, thorough, and highly valued member of every project team he joins.

We know that Tom will thrive in his new position and continue to improve the lives of the communities we serve through outstanding architecture. Congratulations Tom. This promotion is well deserved and we are very excited to see how you will help shape the practice alongside the rest of the leadership team.

There have also been several new appointments; Ellen Baines, Rebecca Harris, Mark Heron, Ben Lillywhite and Nathan Sanders have all climbed the ladder to Associate, including Nick Price who has had a busy few months, taking on the roles of both Associate and Studio Principal roles for our Leeds office.

Among the celebrations, Darina Nistor celebrates becoming a Senior Architect and Healthcare Lead working closely with other newly appointment Healthcare Leads Brad Spencer and Maral Tulip.

We have a lot of new faces at the forefront of our sector led roles, with Ben Edditts taking on Tech Lead and Magda Plonka taking on the role of BIM Lead.

We're excited to see how these individuals will shape their new roles and the insight they will bring to the wider teams, helping us continue to enhance lives through architecture. Their promotions and new responsibilities will strengthen our leadership, support collaboration across the practice, and inspire others to grow and develop their own careers. Together, these changes will help us deliver even better projects, nurture talent, and make a positive impact on the communities we work with. Congratulations to all.
